Introduction to Workflows
Workflows are way to organize your orders into review queues. You can use workflows to categorize transactions that need to be reviewed by specific subject matter experts or departments.
For example:
If you've had a lot of high risk purchases coming from Spain, you could create a rule that automatically sends high risk transactions from Spain to your International Fraud specialists bypassing the general Review Queue. You could create a workflow named 'Risky Country - Spain'.
Creating and Managing Workflows
Workflows can be created using the Manage Workflow Setting in the main menu. Learn more about creating and managing workflows under Create and Manage a Workflow.
Routing Transactions to a Workflow
Orders can be sent to workflow queues one of two ways.
1. You can create a rule to automatically send an order to a workflow queue, or
2. An analyst viewing an order can manually make a decision to send the order to a workflow queue.
