If you're not sure what workflows are, take a look at the following article first? What are workflows?
Once your workflows and rules are configured, risky orders will be organized into workflow queues.
Example workflow queues can be 'Accounting Dept', 'Refund Dept' or 'Spanish Queue'.
Analysts should be checking these queues on a daily or even hourly basis. To do this, go to the left nav and click on 'Review Queue'. This will open up a sub-menu with a couple of options.
Open: these are orders that should be reviewed but have not been assigned to a particular workflow queue.
In Progress: these are orders that are currently being reviewed by an analyst (they are locked).
Pending: here is a list of workflow queues with orders that need review.
By clicking on any of these links, you will see a list of orders that should be reviewed and a decision made.
