Introduction to Search and Discover
You can review and browse orders with keyword searches, filtering, and sorting. Searches can also be saved, edited, and deleted. Once you create a list, you can also open a quick view of the list and a make a decision directly from the list you are viewing.
Look for the field in the upper-right corner of the dashboard or any order list, in which you can enter an order ID, user ID, email address, or telephone number to search for an order.

Filter a List
Under the Discover section of the left navigation you can search all of your orders and create filtered lists.
Step 1 – Set the Date Range of the orders you want to include in your search. More information is available in Change a Date Range.
Step 2 – Add a filter to your list using the Add Filter button, then select one or more filters that you want to apply. See the Using Filters article.
Step 3 – Save your filtered search by clicking on the Save icon and entering the name of your new list.

Create a Search List
Step 1 — Select the filters you want to save, then click the Save icon to the left of the View list menu.
Step 2 — Enter the name of your Saved List.
Step 3 — Click Save.
Using a Saved Search List
Step 1 — Select Discover from the main menu.
Step 2 — Click View List in the top right.
Step 3 — Scroll through the list, or enter the saved list name in the search field.
Step 4 — Click the list name to execute the search.
Delete a Saved Search List
Step 1 — Choose a saved list.
Step 2 — Click the save icon.
Step 3 — Click the Delete button.
Sort a List
When viewing any order list, either from one of the Discover pages or one of the workflow queues, you can sort the listing by clicking on the column header. You can sort by Score, Expiration date, Order ID, Order Date, Name, Amount, Analyst Name, and Status.
Review Transaction Details in a Saved Search List
The order detail provides plenty of information, but sometimes you may only need a subset of this information to make a decision. When you are viewing a Review Queue, a Workflow, or the order list in Discover, you can click the arrow on the right end of the row to expand the order details.
This will show display a subset of information, including Network Transactions, Alerts, Labels, Transaction Details, the map, and your custom fields.
