1. How to initiate SMS Authentication
If you wish to use SMS Authentication when deciding on whether to trust a sender you click on the SMS Authentication icon on bottom (as shown).
You will now be able to enter a phone number to where the text message will be sent. You can create the SMS Message that the sender will receive. The sender will have the option to either replay YES, NO or STOP to opt out. The sender will now have the option to either decline or accept.
Below you will see an option named Expiry Time, where you can decide how many hours you would like the message to be active until it expires.
When the sender chooses YES an email message will appear stating that the sender has replied YES.
