This function is found under Settings>Manage Labels.
Create a LabelYour can create a new label under the Manage Labels page in your main menu by following the steps below.
Step 2 — In the top right corner, click Add New Label button.
Step 3 — In the pop-up, enter the Name and Description of your new label.
Step 4 — Choose a Category that corresponds to your new label. Categories include: approve, cancel, and workflow.
Step 5 — Save your new label.
TIP: Your new label will be appear on the Manage Labels page (see the figure above). The label is available for analysts and administrators to identify orders in the Make a Decision and Manage Rules features.
