This function is found under the Make a Decision button found on the Order Profile Page and in the Filtered Lists.
Apply a label when making a decision
You can apply a label to any transaction from the Review Queue, a Discover list, or in a Workflow—through the Make a Decision button.
Step 2 — In the pop-up, chose an action—approve, cancel, or workflow.
Step 3 — In the Add Labels field, begin typing the name of new label that you want to apply.
Step 4 — From the drop-down list, choose select the label.
Step 5 — Optionally, add another label by repeating the steps above.
Step 6 — Optionally, add a Note that explains the reason for applying the label(s).
Step 7 — Select Save Order.
TIP: The new label will now appear in the Order Details section. You can also now search for all orders which have the new label name using Filters in the Discover page.
