Routing an Order to a Workflow
There are two methods for routing an order to a workflow.
- Route an order manually
- Create a rule to route orders automatically

Routing an Order Automatically
Create a rule to route orders to a specific workflow in the Manage Rules settings. Follow the steps below.
Step 1 — In the main menu, navigate to Settings > Manage Rules.
Step 2 — In the top-right corner, click the Create Rule button. Learn more about Managing Rules.
Step 3 — Create the rule, then click the Move to Workflow option beneath Action to Apply.
Step 4 — Choose the workflow to which you want the orders sent.
Step 5 — Click Save Rule.
NOTE: Orders that match the terms of this rule will automatically route to this workflows and appear in the pending list of workflows in the main menu.
