ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Certification
Fraud.Net is currently working towards achieving ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification. Becoming certified will attest to our customers the integrity of Fraud.Net’s Information Security Management System (ISMS). The scope of the certification will include all of our data centers and services.
GDPR/EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework
Fraud.Net is committed to complying with latest GDPR provisions. We are an active participant in and comply with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Commission. The framework provides Fraud.Net a mechanism to comply with data protection requirements when transferring personal data from the European Union to the United States.
At Fraud.Net we process credit card numbers and store last four digits of the CC, and are fully committed to meeting and or exceeding PCI certification requirements.
Datacenter Colocation Attestations and Certifications
Fraud.Net is 100% cloud-borne and uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) exclusively to provide a robust real-time fraud analytics. AWS is constantly and rigorously audited and/or certified by various internationally-recognized attestation and certification compliance standards.
